This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our landing page, our AI models, and our virtual try-on solutions (collectively, the "Service").

Please read this policy carefully. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information we collect automatically, and information from third parties.

a. Information You Provide to Us

• Communications: If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we collect the information you provide in your communications.
• Virtual Try-On Assets: If you choose to use our virtual try-on experiences powered by generative AI, we collect the product imagery, customer-facing assets, measurements, reference images, or user-uploaded photos you submit to generate personalized try-on results.

b. Information We Collect Automatically

• Log and Usage Data: We automatically collect information when you access and use the Service. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, access times, and the referring website address.
• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information.

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Service.
• Generate content and provide publishing solutions as requested by you.
• Deliver virtual try-on previews and garment visualizations tailored to your selections.
• Communicate with you, including responding to your inquiries and providing customer support.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Transparency is a core value at Retailovin, Inc. We do not use your proprietary input or generated content from your account to train our general AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent.

When you engage the virtual try-on features, we process the submitted assets solely to render the requested try-on outputs, quality-check the generated imagery, and troubleshoot issues. Generated try-on images are retained temporarily in secure storage—typically no longer than 30 days.

We publish a Chrome browser extension ("VirtualTryOn") that adds a "Virtual Try-On" entry to your right-click menu. The extension is designed to do the minimum needed for that single action and nothing more.

a. What happens when you right-click an image and select "Virtual Try-On"

When you explicitly invoke the right-click "Virtual Try-On" action on an image, the extension opens a new browser tab to https://sznaura.com/vto?img=<image URL>. The URL of the image you selected is passed as a query parameter in that navigation so that our virtual try-on tool can load the image. This is the only data the extension transmits, and it transmits only when you explicitly select the menu entry — never automatically and never in the background.

b. What happens after the new tab opens

Once you arrive at https://sznaura.com/vto, you are using the Service governed by this Privacy Policy. The image URL passed in the query string is treated as a "Virtual Try-On Asset" under Section 2(a) above and is processed in accordance with Section 4.

c. What the extension does NOT do

• It does not track your browsing, your clicks, or any personal identifiers.
• It does not contact our servers or any third-party server when you load a webpage.
• It does not modify the content of websites you visit.
• It does not collect or transmit page URLs, page text, cookies, form data, or your activity on the sites you visit.
• The only thing it ever transmits is the URL of an image you explicitly right-click, and only when you explicitly select "Virtual Try-On" from the menu.

d. Limited Use Disclosure (Chrome Web Store)

The VirtualTryOn extension's use of any data accessed through Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
